A small-batch coffee roastery in Phoenix, Arizona, built for people whose best hours happen while everyone else is asleep.
Koffin Roasters™ is a coffee company, and this website is where you buy the coffee. We roast one thing properly: Graveyard Shift, a 100% Ethiopian single-origin from the Yirgacheffe highlands, washed and roasted to a medium-dark profile. The cup runs jasmine, bergamot and blood orange, with enough caffeine behind it to make the second half of your day look like the first.
The site does three jobs. It sells bags one at a time through Drop 001, a run of 500 individually numbered 12oz bags that opens on October 31. It runs the Cemetery Club, our subscription, where members lock their price for life and get the coffee before anyone else. And it runs wholesale, where cafés, restaurants, bars, offices, gyms and hotels across the Phoenix metro buy by the pound through their own account portal, with volume pricing and a merchandising program if they want us on the shelf.
Who it is for: nurses coming off a twelve, bakers starting at three, developers shipping at midnight, and anyone whose real work starts when the rest of the world stops. Also the cafés that want to pour something their customers cannot buy at the grocery store.
Who builds it: Koffin Roasters™ is a small team in Phoenix / Scottsdale, Arizona. Every bag is roasted, packed and shipped by hand. Nothing here is white-labelled and there is no parent company to blame. If something is wrong, a human reads it and a human answers.
